Job Req ID: 68798
At Gold Fields, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams that reflect our values and drive our success. We’re now seeking a Senior Mine Geologist to lead and influence safe, efficient, and value-driven geological operations at Gruyere Gold Mine.
At Gold Fields, we don’t just mine gold — we unlock potential. Come join us and help shape the future of mining.
Gruyere, commenced in 2019 is a world-class open pit operation located in the remote Yamarna Belt of Western Australia. Consisting of a large-scale, low-cost gold mine, future satellite operations and impressive exploration potential it is a key asset in our Australian portfolio. It’s a joint venture between Gold Fields and Gold Road Resources, producing over 300,000 ounces of gold annually. Gruyere boasts an impressive mine life, which is set to grow following significant investment in exploration expenditure on the existing deposit and surrounding tenure. With a modern camp and site infrastructure, and strong focus on continuous improvement, Gruyere offers a rare opportunity to make your mark on a globally significant deposit in a fabulous team culture and technically rewarding environment.
