Description
•    Perform Geotechnical analysis of soil samples and study to assess construction site conditions •    Analysis the soil parameters and study the stability of marine structures under normal and seismic conditions •    Analyse the soil parameters and provide input to the dredging production estimators  •    Verification and validation of assumed soil conditions during project execution  •    Prepare and develop soil data base and soil models for all tenders and project •    Analysis geotechnical data and preparation of geotechnical interpretative report (GIR) •    Analysis, recommendations and design of ground improvement for structural support •    Manage and organize ground improvement works and process all CPTs, Boreholes and other Monitoring data and evaluate it •    Develop design drawings and specifications for construction projects •    Review and approve geotechnical design developed by third party consultants •    Plan and conduct geotechnical investigation effectively •    Analyse geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations and prepare data reports to Manager •    Develop proposals and determine cost and schedule for investigations •    Provide direction to project team in field inspection activities •    Interact with customers and team members to complete the assigned project on-time •    Assist Geotechnical Manager and other Engineers in design and evaluation of tender proposal and/or project construction •    Review construction design proposals and approve geotechnical aspects •    Assist with the design of structures, using specialised software or calculations •    Oversee the progress of specific contracts •    Supervise site, ground investigations and ground improvement works •    Ensure correct data processing in a QA/QC approach •    Implement safety policies and procedures for effective and efficient functioning of the team and its operations •    Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
