WORKING AT THE UNIVERSITY – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. In the case the selected candidate doesn’t have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage Donor Relationships: Build and nurture a portfolio of up to 200 prospective and confirmed benefactors, focusing on securing planned gifts.
  • Drive Program Strategy: Contribute to the implementation of the university’s Gifts in Wills Program, meeting pipeline growth and fundraising targets.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues in Advancement and academic leaders to foster a culture of planned giving, and contribute to our acquisition objectives.
  • Ensure best-practice gift planning: including due diligence and estate administration, in line with legal and policy frameworks
