ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior GIS Analyst to bring leadership, technical expertise, and innovation to our geospatial team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data problems, mentoring others, and building systems that scale.
You’ll work across teams to streamline workflows, build custom GIS tools, and deliver meaningful insights that help our clients move faster and smarter. You’ll also play a key role in elevating GIS practices across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own advanced spatial data workflows using ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, and Pro
• Build dashboards, automations, and data visualizations to support internal and client-facing projects
• Analyze, clean, and maintain complex datasets using SQL and GIS tools
• Coach junior analysts and share best practices across departments
• Lead scope updates and data delivery presentations
• Document innovations and processes to support SR&ED claims and process improvement
• Stay ahead of GIS trends and bring fresh ideas to our tools, systems, and standards
