We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Glazier & Calibration Technician to join our team in a predominantly mobile role that offers autonomy, leadership potential, and the chance to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service across the region, with the opportunity to grow the team and shape how we operate. You’ll be equipped with a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and all the tools of the trade to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent, high-quality service through coaching, feedback, and performance gap analysis. Glass Services: Expertly handle glass repairs and replacements, adhering to manufacturer specifications and AA standards. Customer Service & Documentation: Provide outstanding service to customers and Members, while managing accurate documentation and secure handling of transactions. Health & Safety: Maintain safe work practices and actively contribute to hazard identification and control.
