We invite you to take on a specialist senior role in our global team with base in the Ramboll head office in Copenhagen, to support and drive development of one of our key global areas within business integrity; anti-corruption regulations and processes. You are passionate about working with business integrity standards within a global organisation, you have a strong analytical skillset, a deep understanding of anti-corruption, and its role in securing sustainable development in society. Also, you are driven, take initiative and you can turn legal requirements and international standards into practical processes and tools for the business to apply and thereby enable positive impact. Within this role you have the opportunity to be a key player in our continued global work on our anti-corruption programme. You will be driving and supporting global strategic initiatives to enhance our anti-corruption efforts, and you are interested in how culture and behavior impact business integrity. To succeed in this role, you have an in-depth understanding of anti-corruption laws and requirements, as well as the nuances of corruption and how it can materialize. You can adapt to changing circumstances, such as new legal requirements and expectations from society, and your analytical mindset helps you understand their impact on Ramboll’s business and how to tune and adapt processes and controls to accommodate this. You will join our Global Business Integrity Function You will be a part of Ramboll’s global Business Integrity Function in Copenhagen consisting of dedicated and skilled experts placed in several countries, who drives, develops, and monitors compliance with Ramboll’s Global Business Integrity Programme across 35 countries. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Subject matter expert within anti-corruption legal requirements and standards, including monitoring new requirements. Subject matter expert within reporting requirements for anti-corruption, e.g. CSRD. Support Business Integrity Partners on conducting anti-corruption assessments and due diligence of third parties and projects, including assessing dilemmas and required deviations from Ramboll procedures. Develop new and enhance existing processes, procedures, controls and tools of Ramboll’s global anti-corruption programme to meet changing legal requirements and needs of the business. This includes collaboration across Functions and management of other stakeholders. Support M&A processes with anti-corruption due diligence (and integrations where required). Conduct training of relevant staff, including project managers, management levels, departments etc. Apply cultural awareness and behavioral science to the development and enhancement of processes and tools within anti-corruption to help drive maturity across the organisation.
