How you will make an impact You will join the highly passionate and international Castello Global Brand Team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. Reporting to the Senior Global Brand Director, you will act as the marketing communications lead and drive continuous best-practice implementation of our newly developed brand positioning, creative platform, brand world and strategy.   Your focus will be holistic brand equity and sales growth around the world, executed through things like: Being the strategic voice and a best-practice consultant across all marketing communications work on Castello. Ensuring effective collaboration across the team and that we are building one cohesive Castello brand across jobs-to-be-done, products, channels, markets, etc. Defining an effective allocation and use of the global comms budget. Owning a fruitful relationship with our lead comms agency and our communication budget Leading the development and implementation of selected brand initiatives across the marketing mix hands on. Acting as a business partner for a selected number of Castello countries. Ensuring an efficient global-local collaboration, a clear link between the global & local strategies, and strong local brand activation plans. Driving the Castello agenda across the complex matrix of Arla stakeholders. E.g. local Marketing Teams, Commercial Zones, Product Management, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance and Insights teams.   What will make you successful First and foremost, you have a strong brand strategy and marketing comms toolbox, that enables you to set the direction and best practice for our marketing activations. Further, we hope you can: Critically review, challenge and build on all comms development projects Act as the guardian of the recently revamped brand fundamentals, ensuring long term consistency Ensure high standards on creativity and consumer-centricity in all Castello work   You fluently navigate between strategic and very operational conversations, are commercially savvy and results-oriented, with a proven track record of initiating and executing initiatives that have successfully delivered business growth.   On a personal level, you have a strong combination of strategic thinking and a creative mind. You thrive in a matrix organization, where you easily build commitment and trust with stakeholders, and exert influence without always having direct authority.
