JOB OVERVIEW:

As Rapid7’s Senior Global Demand Generation Specialist you will be an integral part of our global demand team, supporting the execution of marketing programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand generation strategies, sales objectives, and the overarching marketing goals. You will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs across multiple regions.
Your primary focus will be overseeing the execution of our global webinar and content syndication programs, covering tasks such as copywriting, designing, maintaining best practices and ensuring deliverability.

THE SKILLS YOU’LL BRING INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or Cyber Security industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Experience with Artificial intelligence (e.g. intent monitoring, predictive analytics) is desirable.
  • 2+ years of Marketo/ Marketing Automation experience, CRM (Salesforce), HTML editor and database tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively for marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and Cyber Security, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of demand generation programs, such as email, content syndication and webinars for our global demand & global campaign teams
  • Support the Global Demand Manager in the planning and execution of all aspects of webinar programs, including optimizing content for engagement, curating webinar templates, conducting A/B testing, and managing attendee communications. Maintain the global webinar calendar and best practices with a focus on audience segmentation and personalized experiences.
  • Track and analyze key webinar metrics such as registration rates, attendance rates, engagement levels, and audience retention. Use insights to refine content, optimize promotion strategies, and enhance future webinar experiences.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of content syndication programs, including optimizing content for distribution, curating syndication templates, conducting A/B testing, and managing lead nurturing workflows.
  • Monitor program performance using metrics such as lead conversion rates, content engagement, traffic sources, and ROI. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize syndication strategies, improve audience targeting, and maximize content reach.
  • Support maintaining all data within Marketo and CRM. Ensure data enrichment and hygiene best practices are adhered to with compiling and maintaining email lists.
  • Work closely with regional growth marketing, global demand, global campaigns team members, including content creators, graphic designers, and digital marketers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to email programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving marketing systems and processes, aiming to maintain and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Maintain the Global Demand Asana projects and calendars.
