Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Global Financial Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and remediate compliance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance training programs. Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization. Provide expert advice on financial compliance matters to senior management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial compliance, auditing, or risk management in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of international financial regulations and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
