Job Summary This position will handle any technical, pricing related clarification from Sales/Impact partner independently across all the world areas. Responsible for meeting the responsiveness target metrics by getting support from Marshaltown GIS (Global Industry Sales), Product Engineer, Severe Service team & Pricing Support team. This position closely works with respective Marshaltown GIS (Global Industry Sales) team.      n This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:   1) Sizing control valves and related accessories using sizing tool 2) Key contact for all technical issues/clarifications related to the LBP/Sales support 3) Understanding the received queries & related information through mails. 4) Analyse received queries from sales & respond accordingly by getting support from relavent team (in M'town) if needed. 5) Good Knowledge to handle/support severe/critical service applications for any enquiries with support from Severe Service team. 6) Active 1300 Trainer for new joinees and other WA sales team 7) Able to deliver Presentation on respective Industry school conducted within FCEC also to other organization 8) Able to lead Valve digest team for successful release of edition 9) Provide Customer Training on Valve products, Severe service and Critical service application on respective industries 10) Shall be capable to support Severe service like Outgassing, Antisurge valve sizing independently  11) Readiness for Site-walk down activity with support from sales  12) MIB based product selection for quotes/projects 13) Troubleshoot site issues getting support from M'town GIS/Severe Service team & handling the FF2 deals related queries 14) Maintain the record of work done. 15) Knowledge of all Fisher products and accessories 16) Adequate understanding of product specifications and Incoterms   Who You Are:    You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations.
