Job Description Job Responsibilities Provide advisory services and deliver products within all approved frameworks (such as market risk limits, bank policies, and regulatory requirements) for clients. Build strategic alliances with other Business Units (BUs) to drive collaboration income and develop the customer base. Proactively perform pricing and FX live execution, plus provide daily market updates to customers. Manage customer relationships and accounts for growth, including handling cross-sector clients. Work with Global Market Strategists and Product Structure teams to create marketing materials and strategic hedging ideas to expand existing and new customer sales. Actively seek and cross-sell other bank products to customers, including interest rates, commodities, deposits, and investments. Exceed revenue, volume sales, and performance-based goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Private Banking, Brokerage, or Investment is a plus. Ability to understand investment products (e.g., structured notes and foreign currency bonds). Strong interpersonal, communication, marketing, and sales negotiation skills. Result-oriented and self-driven. Street-smart and sales-driven mindset. Good command of English and computer literacy.
