We expect the successful candidate to bring prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant immigration experience to the role. The Global Mobility Senior Analyst / Analyst plays a key role in supporting Thailand immigration operations and delivering a reliable and positive employee experience for new hires and internal transfers. This role focuses on strong execution, coordination, and analytical support of immigration processes, while contributing to process improvements and people services initiatives. As Agoda continues to evolve, this role offers opportunities to grow into broader employee lifecycle activities, including additional mobility services and global immigration support. Local Candidates only In this role, you will get to: Support and coordinate Thailand immigration processes for expatriate employees, including new hires, relocations, and assignments Execute assigned tasks accurately and on time, in line with service level agreements and quality standards Advise and support employees and internal stakeholders on immigration processes, requirements, and timelines Ensure employees receive clear, sufficient, and accurate visa-related information throughout the process Monitor case progress, maintain documentation, and provide timely updates to stakeholders Identify task-level or process issues and either resolve them independently or escalate clearly with recommendations Take ownership of assigned workstreams and suggest practical improvements to processes and workflows Support the development and implementation of mobility team process improvements and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support people services transformation initiatives As part of a dynamic and evolving People team, the successful candidate will have opportunities over time to expand scope into broader employee lifecycle activities, including additional mobility services and global immigration support.
