REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or a related HR function in a large organization with a workforce in multiple EU countries.
  • Proficiency in handling immigration, tax, and relocation processes for international employees between EU and non-EU countries.
  • Solid understanding of EU labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS (Workday) and mobility management systems.
  • Awareness of cultural diversity and sensitivity in a corporate environment.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Communication skills for engaging with employees and senior leaders.
  • Expertise in managing immigration and visa processes.
  • Experience with policy development and implementation for global mobility frameworks.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
