Senior Global Network Engineer
This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN, McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX
This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that’s creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Associate Global Network Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Network Engineering team reporting to the Senior Manager Global Network Engineering, you will support projects including managing global Meraki network worldwide and engineering of Hilton networks supporting all corporate offices and hotel locations.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of professional work experience in Network Engineering in Enterprise environment, with a focus on operational support, vendor coordination, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Two (2) years of hands-on Meraki experience, including all MX, MS, and MR hardware and their configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Proven skill to diagnose and resolve global multi-site network connectivity issues.
  • Enterprise routing/switching, with BGP, OSPF, Ethernet, MPLS, VPN, and 802.11x technologies with mostly Cisco routers, Cisco/Meraki switches and Cisco firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with designing networks using industry standards and best-practice design standards.
  • One or more of the following certifications are required: CCNA, CCDA, CMNO, CMNA or DevNet Associate
  • This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis).
  • Travel up to 10%
