🌍 Senior Global People Partner Strategic | Commercial | People-First 🚀 About the role We’re on the hunt for a Senior Global People Partner who loves strategy, people and pace. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to an Enterprise Functional Leader and their division—shaping and delivering a People & Culture strategy that enables performance, growth and engagement across the business. This is a fast-moving, commercially driven, global environment, so you’ll be confident partnering with time-poor senior leaders, comfortable making pragmatic people decisions, and energised by complexity. 💡 You’ll also be our country Subject Matter Expert, advising on compensation, employee relations, legal matters, culture and payroll—while playing a key role in the success of our global People & Culture team. The role reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and requires flexibility to occasionally work extended hours (up to 8pm SA time) to support US-based teams in real time 🌎. 💼 What you’ll do1. Strategic People Partner to the Division You will: Act as a strategic advisor to Divisional leaders on all people-related matters Align People & Culture strategy with divisional priorities and business goals Partner closely with leaders to define and deliver people initiatives aligned to the broader People Strategy Provide guidance across a wide range of global people topics, including: Talent acquisition & bespoke onboarding Performance management Employee relations Reward & recognition Continuous learning & engagement Own and deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience Collaborate cross-functionally to support divisional and organisational success Participate in leadership team meetings to stay close to divisional priorities and people impacts Provide meaningful people insights, understanding how employees feel and what matters most to them Coach leaders pragmatically in talent development, organisational design, change leadership and performance management Review people analytics (turnover, engagement, performance), spotting trends, risks and opportunities early Build leadership capability in goal-setting, team reviews and having regular, human conversations Ensure in-country benefits are competitive and aligned to business strategy Drive company culture and strategic initiatives throughout the Division Build a strong understanding of UK and US market contexts, cultural norms and people practices to provide relevant, localized support to teams and leaders in these geographies.
