The Senior Global Product Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives for global marketing and digital transformation programs, ensuring successful execution across diverse product lines. This role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, managing complex projects, and translating market insights into actionable product strategies. You will oversee product lifecycle activities, evaluate competitive positioning, and provide guidance on product development and commercialization. This is a remote role with 20–25% travel to facilitate collaboration and project success, offering the opportunity to impact product strategy on a global scale. Accountabilities Plan, review, and manage short- and long-term product program objectives and deliverables. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and positioning. Develop and implement production, marketing, and commercialization strategies to optimize product success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize product specifications, lifecycle management, and tactical execution. Serve as a technical advisor, providing product demonstrations and troubleshooting support as needed. Mentor junior team members and oversee their work on projects to ensure high-quality results. Influence stakeholders and communicate project status, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership and global teams. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent international degree) in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience, with experience in managing global product programs preferred. Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management, commercialization, and strategic planning. Strong analytical skills for market, competitor, and customer behavior evaluation. Proven ability to lead complex projects independently and provide mentorship to others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel 20–25% for global collaboration. Competitive U.S. base salary range: $156,000 – $234,000, plus eligibility for short-term incentive plans.
