Description
Lead the SI&OP process for the DES franchise, ensuring alignment across global teams and maintaining focus on strategic goals. Facilitate demand and supply reviews, driving decisions that balance customer needs, inventory levels, and production capabilities. Dual-Site Manufacturing: Manage net requirements to support dual-site manufacturing initiatives between Galway and Penang, enabling efficient allocation of resources and production planning. Execution Management: Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes, maintaining high service levels and aligning production outputs with franchise objectives. Demand Management: Collaborate with regional teams to review, adjust, and improve demand forecasts, ensuring proactive responses to market changes. Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory performance and recommend actionable strategies to reduce excess, obsolete, and expired stock while safeguarding supply continuity. Strategic Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives impacting the global supply chain, identifying risks, and ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or manufacturing planning. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly for analytics, automation, and process improvement. Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, or similar supply chain software is beneficial but not required. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust, engaging, and influencing stakeholders at all levels across global teams. Proven ability to work independently and make efficient, data-driven decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic business environments, with a collaborative approach to developing new ideas and processes.
