We are seeking a GTM Specialist focused on accelerating our growth internationally by expanding our supply offerings with a focus on premium video. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning both detailed upstream work with product teams to enable new supply offerings in IX countries and downstream GTM that enables our Amazon sales teams to effectively position these offerings to our customers. The selected candidate will work closely with global product teams to influence our supply roadmaps and act as the voice of IX locales. They will also work closely with local teams to analyze in-country adoption of new supply, prioritize local asks for additional integrations, and work through any headwinds we may face to driving adoption and escalate these to global stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of programmatic video buying with proven expertise in building and growing scalable programs. Key job responsibilities • Drive our GTM strategy for OI supply and OI deals to improve adoption and strengthen our overall video-centric GTM. • Work with regional Amazon Publisher Direct (APD) teams to identify new Streaming TV (STV) Channels and Apps to launch in 2025 and beyond that will bolster our overall video and display offering. • Build GTM materials and sales training for OI that can be scaled across IX locales to drive improved adoption of 3P products. • Work closely with Enterprise Deals stakeholders to ensure our Partner Agreements effectively incorporate and incentivize OI adoption. • Work closely with Deals stakeholders to ensure IX agencies are including in Market Development Fund resource allocation to drive AdTech adoption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax) to effectively manage contractual and cost implications of incentivizing OI adoption. • Oversee scaled mechanisms to share learnings across ICAA sales and agency teams, including performance and adoption by HoldCo/OpCo. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry experience - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences Preferred Qualifications: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
