The company has been a leader in golf services in Ireland for 35 years, is expanding its business to the UK and is seeking to appoint an experienced mechanic and equipment technician to the role of Workshop & Equipment Manager.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualified Mechanic
• Electro-hydraulic experience is an advantage
• Proficient use of operating reel and bed knife grinders
• Previous experience in a similar role dealing with golf course equipment, agricultural equipment or plant
• Hold a full driving license
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and use of IT systems

ROLE PURPOSE - SENIOR GOLF & TURF MECHANIC

Reporting to the Head of Plant and Machinery Maintenance, we are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional individual to join our expanding team, which is committed to consistently delivering service excellence. You will be required to use your initiative and judgment daily. The role will include preventative maintenance, servicing and repair to an extensive fleet of golf course maintenance equipment. This role will require both onsite and offsite maintenance and will involve leading a team of mechanics and logistical personnel that will grow over time.
