You’ll be responsible for: Champion safety-first values, confidently applying stop-work authority and promoting wellbeing standards. Demonstrate positive team behaviours aligned with organisational values, supporting governance delivery. Collaborate with project leadership to secure approvals and ensure compliance with governance frameworks. Implement and continuously improve programme governance processes, stage gates, and change controls. Maintain governance documentation, schedules, and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review and monitor compliance with PMO standards, verifying submissions meet content and presentation requirements. You’ll need to have: Degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline; professional membership desirable. 6–10 years’ experience on major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project management practices, governance processes, and industry standards. Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
