WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead & Develop Team : Inspire a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Governance & Risk Oversight : Lead risk activities, support governance forums, and ensure committee effectiveness and compliance with governance standards.
  • Regulatory & SMF Support : Coordinate regulatory engagement and help SMF holders maintain evidence of reasonable steps and governance alignment.
  • Risk Culture & Awareness : Promote understanding of risk and control across the division to embed a strong risk culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Ensure visibility of material risks, emerging issues, and remediation progress for key partners.
  • Strategic Delivery : Lead quarterly sprint plans and act as a trusted adviser to senior executives through subject matter expertise and industry insight.
