Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider. We are currently seeking a Monitoring Coordinator with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with tracking and safety protocols. Perform real-time tracking of heavy equipment transportation units through GPS platforms. Monitor and validate compliance with routes and transit times according to company policies and customer needs. Manage incidents and route deviations, making timely decisions in coordination with drivers and internal areas. Maintain constant and effective communication with tractor-trailer drivers for operational support and incident resolution. Prepare performance and KPI monitoring reports, proposing improvements to control and tracking processes. Ensure proper use of tracking tools and train the team in their operation. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in case of security incidents or GPS system failures. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in monitoring heavy equipment transportation. At least 3 years in leadership or monitoring team coordination roles. Advanced knowledge of GPS systems, especially Samsara (experience with other platforms is desirable). Solid knowledge of transportation routes in Mexico and their main operational and security risks. Experience working directly with tractor-trailer operators. Skilled in reporting and performance indicator management. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Strong leadership skills, decision-making under pressure, and effective communication. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
