SUMMARY:   The Senior Graphic Design Specialist is a hands-on creative combining senior-level design expertise with operational excellence. This role requires a skilled professional who executes high-quality work rapidly while maintaining strategic vision. The ideal candidate balances creative mastery with disciplined project management, delivering exceptional results under clear direction without compromising standards. This position will report to the VP, Director of Brand Experience and collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values creative excellence, clear communication, and mutual respect.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   * Execute high-level creative quickly and accurately from the vision of Director of Brand Experience. * Own design workflow—prioritization, quality control, and delivery. * Produce, guide, and elevate all creative assets to maintain brand excellence. * Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable creative. * Develop and manage templates, toolkits, and scalable design systems. * Partner closely with Brand Experience, Digital + Content, and Internal Communications teams. * Collaborate with the Graphic Design Specialist. * Adhere to brand standards in all projects. * Completes annual compliance courses. * Adhere to all levels of our Service Excellence standards and complete annual compliance courses. * Adhere specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adhere to Federal and State regulations and laws; including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. * Perform other duties as required. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:   Knowledge & Experience:  These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position.   Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.   * Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field. * Experience 7+ years in senior design roles with proven ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality. * Provide creative for various digital platforms (Adobe Creative Suite; social media channels, digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).  * Brand fluency: Ability to translate strategy into visual work that's consistently on-brand. * Collaboration: Strong partnership skills across marketing, comms, and leadership teams. * Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; organized and familiar with AP style. * Project management: Excellent at prioritization, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines. * Financial services experience preferred. * Communication: Clear, direct communicator who works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.   Physical Demands/Work Environment: Vision, hearing, speech, dexterity, visual concentration.  A valid driver’s license is required.  Must have the ability to stand, walk, sit and use hands and fingers.  Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.  The environment is a professional office with standard office equipment.   Cognitive Requirements:  Learning, thinking, concentration, ability to exercise self-control, ability to work in a customer relations’ environment.  Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team.  Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations.  Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary.                        Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
