Role Overview: We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing beauty brand. This role sits at the heart of our creative and marketing team and plays a key role in bringing our brand to life across packaging, print, digital, social, e-commerce channels. You’ll be responsible for designing on-brand creative assets across packaging, print and digital, and producing engaging content and video to support product launches, campaigns and always-on marketing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who loves beauty, branding and storytelling through design. Key Responsibilities: Packaging and Product Design Develop primary and secondary packaging aligned with brand and regulatory standards. Generate production-ready artwork for manufacturers and printers. Graphic Design, Print, and Brand Assets Create all digital assets for the brand including but not limited to email (flows/templates), social media (static/video), and e-commerce (banners/landing pages). Design print collateral including posters, signage, brochures, and wholesale materials (spec sheets/presentations). Maintain visual identity across all channels through precise file adaptation and resizing. Manage pre-press tasks, artwork adaptations, and various print finishes. Content Creation and Video Editing Edit short-form video for organic and paid social channels (Reels, TikTok, UGC) and create motion graphics. Support content planning, post-production, and asset optimization for performance. Collaboration and Workflow Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and agencies to meet fast-paced deadlines. Conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and retail. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years in graphic design, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Proven track record in packaging, print production, email marketing, and digital ads. Strong grip on typography, layout, color theory, and branding. Deep understanding of file setup, pre-press requirements, and print finishes. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
