REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or content strategy design in an agency or corporate environment;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across digital and print;
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related design tools;
  • Knowledge of best practices in digital design, including UI/UX for ads, email, and landing pages, with proven ability to create assets for multi-platform use (static, gif, motion, video);
  • Understanding of interactive design principles and familiarity with how web, email, and digital ads are built;
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills;
  • Intermediate English level or higher;
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver assets across multiple formats, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, digital ads, landing pages, social media posts, presentations, and video/motion content;
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop design concepts, strategies, and impactful content;
  • Apply creative storytelling and ideation to craft engaging and strategic graphic content;
  • Partner with functional teams across the organization to gather requirements and ensure adherence to corporate visual identity;
  • Maintain accountability for the quality of all design deliverables and ensure high standards in customer- and partner-facing materials;
  • Develop and refine design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality;
  • Provide insights and recommendations on design strategies to improve impact and performance;
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, applying insights to optimize future designs;
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and content marketing best practices to deliver fresh and innovative work.
