We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (open to Art Director) who will lead concept-to-execution brand work that replaces agencies, sets a bold visual direction, and ships high-impact campaigns and systems across product, events, and social. What You’ll Do 🎯 Lead end-to-end creative: Own ideation, art direction, and hands-on design for campaigns, brand systems, product marketing, events, merch, and OOH Define and scale the visual language: Establish guidelines, templates, and QA to ensure consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints Build in-house capability: Transition work from agencies, improve workflows, and create repeatable processes that lift quality and speed Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to align creative with growth and brand goals What You’ll Bring 💡 Experience leading brand and campaign work end-to-end at agencies or high-growth brands, with a portfolio that shows refined taste and business impact Strong command of Adobe CC and Figma, with the ability to brief/direct motion and environmental applications when needed Proven track record owning the idea (not just layouts) and turning concepts into scalable systems and toolkits Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across marketing, product, and leadership Bonus: Experience in fintech and/or advertising; familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows What Makes You a Great Fit 🌟 Own Everything: You care deeply about brand and craft, taking full ownership from concept to shipped assets and results Raise the Bar: You generate talk-worthy ideas, give/receive sharp feedback, and set a high standard for taste and execution Move Fast: You iterate quickly, collaborate tightly, and continually improve processes to deliver impact at speed.
