Act as a design authority and specialist, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visual outputs across all projects. Provide expert-level design execution and contribute to complex production tasks. Mentor and coach graphic designers, supporting their growth in design skills, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving. Collaborate with the Team Leader to align design standards, methodologies, and best practices across the team. Review and provide constructive feedback on design work to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation. Serve as a go-to resource for design-related decisions, tools, and techniques. Support cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, including in-country teams, GBAs, and Growth groups, to ensure design solutions meet business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and templates. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to the team. Assist in onboarding new designers by sharing design standards and expectations. Design Quality Score: Average rating from internal reviews and stakeholder feedback Design Consistency: Percentage of outputs aligned with brand and design standards Production Efficiency: Timeliness of deliverables against agreed timelines Innovation Contribution: Number of new design ideas, tools, or process improvements proposed and implemented. Makes final decisions on enterprise design direction, brand evolution, and adoption of new design technologies; sets long‑term visual communication strategy. A minimum of 10 years of experience leading a team of at least 10 members More than 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia. Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or an equivalent experience in the field Proven graphic & multimedia design experience Fundamental apps Adobe Photoshop: Advance Adobe Illustrator: Advance Adobe InDesign: Advance Adobe Premier Pro: Intermediate to Advance Adobe After Effects: Intermediate to Advance Adobe Audition and Media Encoder: Fundamentals With insight and experience in other creative apps is a plus UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus. Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability. Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio across print and digital assets.
