This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, hands-on design work, and brand leadership — producing high-quality creative assets that drive engagement, consistency, and growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain brand identity systems for Plated Projects concepts (e.g., Over Easy, Field House, Taste of F1, Churn & Char). • Design for a range of deliverables including print collateral, digital media, packaging, environmental graphics, social content, and presentation decks. • Partner closely with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to translate business goals into visual strategies. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines. • Direct or collaborate with external creative partners (photographers, videographers, printers, illustrators, agencies). • Maintain design templates and asset libraries to ensure brand consistency across all channels. • Support new concept development, franchise design adaptation, and experiential event branding. • Present creative concepts and final deliverables to leadership and cross-functional teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. • 5+ years of professional design experience (hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred). • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion tools a plus. • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and production standards. • Portfolio demonstrating a balance of brand identity, digital design, and campaign execution. • Experience managing multiple brand identities simultaneously. • Ability to take direction, provide creative leadership, and work collaboratively within a growing team. • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills. . Preferred Skills - Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail marketing. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace). - Photography and/or video editing skills a plus. - Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools.
