About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong creative intuition with digital innovation — someone who can merge design craft, storytelling, and technology seamlessly. You’ll lead and execute digital and print design projects, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful visuals that drive brand growth. A creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio is essential — and experience in using AI tools for design and creative development is compulsory. This role suits a proactive designer who thrives under pressure, juggles multiple projects, and pushes creative boundaries with intelligence and precision. Responsibilities Study design briefs and determine creative requirements. Develop design concepts and rough drafts based on agreed project directions. Produce consistently high-quality print and digital designs across websites, social media, campaigns, and marketing touchpoints. Generate fresh, innovative ideas that elevate the brand’s creative presence. Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to align on creative milestones. Report timelines, issues, and concerns, maintaining open communication with the Creative Services Manager. Stay current with industry trends — especially AI-driven creative tools and workflows — to enhance productivity and creative quality. Create designs based on established brand guidelines and visual systems. Apply experience in sports sponsorship and on-ground event design to develop engaging campaigns. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Adapt and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while preserving brand integrity. Work independently, with strong ownership and accountability. Minimum 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience (exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential. Skills in Premiere Pro, Figma, and After Effects are a strong plus. Experience in AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Nano Banana, Runway, Firefly, or similar) for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization is compulsory. Solid understanding of digital file development, including basic motion graphics. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and take creative direction effectively. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, consistent work across print and digital platforms. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent design craftsmanship. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
