As a Senior Graphic Designer (Large Format), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, production-ready visual assets for large-scale print and fabrication projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every design meets rigorous quality standards and aligns with client specifications. Key responsibilities include: Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts using PowerPoint. Create, preflight, and deliver high-resolution production files for print and fabrication, including downloading, upscaling, resizing, and formatting artwork. Ensure color accuracy across deliverables through color adjustments and matching. Refine and output print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Coordinate with design, print, and production teams to move concepts from inception to completion and meet project timelines. Enforce quality control standards for all outputs. Maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control. Produce files for non-paper media (canvas, vinyl, acrylic, etc.) for CNC/laser cutting and roll-to-roll/flatbed printing. Support image recreations, custom mural creation, and AI-assisted asset generation. Prepare ADA signage and related production-ready packages. Stay current with design trends and emerging technology (including AI tools) to improve quality and efficiency. 5+ years of experience in graphic production and/or design coordination roles Hands-on experience with large-format production workflows and hardware (roll-to-roll and flatbed printing, CNC routing/cutting, laser cutting) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint Portfolio demonstrating large-format and production-ready design work Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software Experience with SketchUp or similar CAD/3D modeling tools Deep understanding of print specifications, prepress/file preparation, and layout best practices for production-ready deliverables English proficiency at C1 level Preferred Qualifications: Experience using AI-assisted asset generation tools in a production design workflow Strong visual composition and color matching/correction skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Comfortable in a technical, detail-focused production environment Interest in long-term growth and collaboration Available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours Reliable remote-work setup, including appropriate work equipment, stable power with backup, and reliable internet with backup (able to provide details) • Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. • Supportive and collaborative work environment. • Weekly payments. • Weekends off. • Overtime bonus. • Growth opportunities.
