This role offers the opportunity to craft high-impact visual solutions for global marketing campaigns within an international creative team. Accountabilities Develop impactful multi-channel advertising campaigns, analyzing briefs, audiences, and product context to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriting, video, and project management, to generate innovative visual solutions. Align design work with marketing strategy and product goals across diverse regions and channels. Create visually compelling assets for various platforms, such as YouTube ads, Meta banners, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials. Take ownership of creative decisions while iterating, refining, and testing concepts to maximize performance and impact. Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows, explore new possibilities, and optimize efficiency. Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth, feedback, and design excellence. Proven portfolio showcasing experience in marketing campaigns, branding, or multi-channel visual design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma. Experience using generative AI tools to enhance design processes. Strong attention to detail and adherence to high graphic design standards. Experience mentoring or providing constructive feedback to less experienced designers. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling ambiguity with ownership and problem-solving skills.
