Senior Graphic Designer
Introduction
Our growing marketing organization is seeking to hire an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to support the Meketa Capital marketing team. The Senior Graphic Designer reports directly to the SVP of Marketing and will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams.
The Senior Graphic Designer is a proactive team player with strong design skills and experience in digital, print, and event marketing. This role supports brand development and manages marketing materials including print collateral, video, email campaigns, website, and social media. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, industry-savvy, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects: Oversee all design elements from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Maintain brand management: Ensure that all visual materials align with the brand’s identity and values, contributing to the overall brand experience.
• Ensure production quality: Conduct pre- and post-production quality checks on design projects as needed; manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.
• Embrace collaboration and communication: Work effectively with other teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve project goals.
• Provide a high level of project management: Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain industry knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, design tools, and best practices.
• Support strategic planning: Contribute to the development of design strategies and overall visual communication plans.
• Manage design, branding and user experience of Meketa Capital website.

Job Requirements:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; HTML, WordPress, motion graphics a plus. Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills. Proven creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking. Understanding of UX and content strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing client relationships.
