ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS – SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGN, DIGITAL CREATIVITY

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across digital and print media, showcasing creativity, execution, and problem solving.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools; knowledge of motion graphics or photography is an asset.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, open, and team-oriented mindset.
