About the role
Join a dynamic creative team shaping award-winning experiences across travel, lifestyle, entertainment, and event brands. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings creativity, collaboration, and a passion for inclusive design to every project. You’ll work closely with our Creative Manager and a talented team to develop impactful campaigns from concept through to final production. Your work will span digital and print, translating brand identities into accessible, engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences. We’re looking for someone who thinks creatively, has a strong eye for design and storytelling, and thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Experience in delivering high-quality work across formats and a commitment to inclusive, user-centered design are key.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and represent event brands across all creative outputs
  • Collaborate openly with creative teams and global partners
  • Deliver high-quality visual work that aligns with brand guidelines
  • Integrate current design trends into your work
  • Strive for creative excellence and innovation
  • Design effectively for both digital and physical formats
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
  • Communicate clearly with teams and clients, including presenting work

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful and inclusive design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of print production
  • Experience designing for events, conferences, and branded environments
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Office Suite, and Canva
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel and attend anchor days in the Richmond office
