OpenMoves, a NY based performance marketing agency is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team to provide ideation, design and production of paid media campaigns, website landing pages, emails, and general marketing design. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s not just interested in making things look great—but in creating work that gets results. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of professional design experience in an agency or marketing team environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing digital creative for marketing campaigns, including paid social and paid search
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work: ad creative, landing pages, motion/video, and email design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Expertise in of UX design, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color theory
  • Experience with basic motion design and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
  • Comfort with performance feedback and iterating based on campaign data and team input
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Graphic Designer at OpenMoves, you’ll be responsible for designing a wide range of digital assets that support data-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our paid media strategists, art directors, copywriters, developers, and other creatives to bring concepts to life across various touchpoints—from Meta ads and programmatic banners to landing pages, emails, and branded web experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create compelling design campaigns and assets for paid social campaigns
  • Design and iterate on landing pages and websites with a focus on UX/UI best practices and conversion performance
  • Manage projects independently with clients and in-house team
  • Develop polished visuals for email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
  • Collaborate with copywriters and media analysts to align visuals with campaign goals and KPIs
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms, pitch decks, and marketing initiatives for both client work and internal projects
  • Work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
