Responsibilities

• Own brand identity projects end to end, from strategic brief through concept development to final delivery, across print, digital and environmental applications
• Lead client relationships day to day, presenting concepts, managing feedback and steering projects toward the best outcome rather than the easiest one
• Uphold the design standard on every project you touch, giving craft feedback and mentoring intermediate and junior designers
• Develop and evolve brand identity systems, including logo suites, guidelines, typography, colour and imagery direction, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Work closely with clients, copywriters, suppliers, and contractors to bring projects to life
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while protecting the quality of the work
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Studio Co-ordinator to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output
• Build recognised depth in a sector or specialism over time, becoming a name clients and the studio can point to
