REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience in signage/large format design & prepress.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven ability to manage workflows and lead a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-focused.

We’re seeking a Studio Manager with strong graphic design and prepress expertise in signage/large format print. This is a hands-on role: you’ll lead a small team by example, while also producing artwork, preparing files, and overseeing studio workflows.We’re looking for someone who can combine technical design skills with best practice studio management—implementing processes, improving systems, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we grow.Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on design and prepress work (Dibond, Foamex, vinyl, vehicle graphics, branding).
• Prepare and review artwork specifically for large format print, signage fabrication, vehicle graphics, and shopfront branding.
• Manage studio operations, deadlines, and workflow.
• Mentor and support the design team.
• Liaise with production/installation for technical suitability.
• Improve studio processes and contribute to systems development.
• Advise on best practice and deliver practical, creative solutions.
