This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer brand environment and has a strong passion for visual storytelling, design innovation, and content creation. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s creative identity by developing eye-catching graphics, engaging videos, and memorable campaign assets that resonate with young audiences. Working closely with marketing and content teams, you will transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints. The role also offers the opportunity to experiment with emerging AI-powered creative tools and modern design techniques to elevate content quality, streamline workflows, and create impactful brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality digital creatives, social media content, campaign visuals, packaging designs, and website graphics. Create engaging short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms. Edit and optimize video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop innovative campaign concepts. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication channels. Develop creative assets that align with business objectives and audience preferences. Explore and implement AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency. Stay updated with evolving design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital content formats. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives with impactful creative assets. Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high creative standards. What Makes You a Great Fit 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, visual communication, or related creative roles. Strong portfolio showcasing creative, vibrant, and consumer-focused design work. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and related creative tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling. Experience creating motion graphics, reels, animations, and social-first content. Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into compelling visual experiences. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality design standards. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms is a strong advantage. Knowledge of 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D and experience in product or lifestyle content creation will be an added benefit. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a passion for innovation and creative experimentation.
