As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll take the lead on creative output across the business. From ad campaigns and social media graphics to videos, photoshoots, and branded collateral, you’ll bring our brand to life and ensure every asset is impactful, consistent, and high quality.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with the wider marketing team, support colleagues across the business, and contribute your ideas to help drive customer growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced designer with agency or in-house background.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print and digital
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly creative with strong commercial awareness.
  • Skilled in creating engaging social media and animated content.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency.
  • A versatile designer who enjoys variety.
  • Photography/videography skills and experience of working in After Effects/Premier ProExperience creating HTML 5 animated display ads for Google AdWords.
Responsibilities
  • Produce marketing materials across print, digital, video, and social media.
  • Lead video projects, including case studies and monthly company updates.
  • Storyboard, film, and edit content for multiple platforms.
  • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring tone of voice and visual identity remain consistent.
  • Evolve our brand guidelines, messaging, and creative direction alongside the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop campaign concepts and assets.
  • Support teams across the business with presentations and branded materials.
  • Present creative ideas and campaigns to senior leadership.
  • Balance high-profile projects with day-to-day design needs.
  • Share knowledge and upskill marketing colleagues in producing their own content.
