*Lead end-to-end graphic and motion design for digital campaigns, social media, and branded content *Develop motion assets (reels, animations, short-form videos) aligned with brand strategy *Integrate AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration *Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate strategy into visuals *Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries Requirements *Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic and motion design *Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) *Hands-on exposure to AI-driven design tools (e.g. generative design, AI video tools) *Strong portfolio demonstrating motion, digital-first design, and campaign work *Ability to work fast, iterate smarter, and deliver under pressure
