We are looking for our new Senior Grid Integration Analyst, where you will support the core business with complex modelling and grid code compliant design optimization for our large pipeline of renewable energy projects.

As our new Senior Grid Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring grid code compliance across our cutting-edge hybrid plant portfolio, which integrates and combine technologies such as Solar PV, Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Power-to-X (PtX) to support optimal business performance. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating early-stage risks, while optimizing the performance of advanced control schemes at both unit and plant levels. Your responsibilities will include conducting grid compliance studies within the steady-state, RMS, and EMT domains, with a particular focus on plant control.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sister-department Electrical Engineering and maintain strong working relationships with Transmission System Operators (TSOs), Distribution System Operators (DSOs), suppliers, and external consultants. You will join a team of skilled colleagues and engage with key external stakeholders, offering continuous learning opportunities and professional growth.
