YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master degree or PhD in electrical or industrial engineering or similar
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering
  • Commercial awareness of energy markets and the wind industry is considered an advantage
  • Highly articulate in German and English spoken and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Distinct team-orientation and commitment, sociable and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in global matrix organization in cooperation with remote offices
Responsibilities
  • Definition of ENERCON products and services in compliance with project specific technical requirements and / or grid code requirements
  • Support Sales in contract creation regarding electrical aspects and review and edit contractual documents, in particular the scope of supply for ENERCON products and services
  • Ensure compliance of ENERCON products with grid and communication related technical requirements and identifiy generic or project specific development needs
  • Interface to R&D regarding electrical performance and functions of ENERCON products, related tools, simulation models and documentation
  • Represent ENERCON in market specific committees and working groups
  • Actively shape future guidelines and grid code requirements to enable successful integration of very high shares of renewable energies into electrical grids
  • Organize and conduct internal and external grid integration workshops and participate in fairs, conferences and workshops
  • Develop and maintain internal tools and processes
  • Identify and propose opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships in the field of grid integration
