Description

THE POSITION

If you’re excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and passionate about Finance, this opportunity is for you!
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key processes across audit preparation, consolidation, and financial reporting - helping us uphold the highest standards of financial transparency and compliance.
You will be the first point of contact for our external auditors, coordinating the group-wide audit process and ensuring that all data and documentation - such as inventory counts and accruals - are accurate and delivered on time. You will lead the group consolidation process in Lucanet, eliminating intercompany differences and ensuring financial data consistency across all entities.
You’ll also support the preparation of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and work closely with our external tax advisors to provide relevant data and maintain accurate transfer pricing documentation. Beyond this, you’ll contribute to our monthly reporting cycle, helping the team deliver timely and reliable insights to internal stakeholders.

Additionally, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to support a smooth and efficient year-end closing process.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and automate consolidation, reporting, and documentation workflows.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the quality and scalability of our finance operations.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure clean, reliable financial data.
  • Gain leadership experience by mentoring and guiding junior team members.
