Job Description Structured Deals and M&A• Prepare presentations, reports, and memos related to potential opportunities• Assist in the due diligence process, analyzing target company financials, operations, and industry trends• Prepare detailed financial models to assess the impact of potential M&A transactions and structured deals (Carveouts/Partnerships)• Support the valuation process for target companies / carveouts• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring• Assist in conducting market research and industry analysis• Build artifacts on success stories, SOPs and execution playbooks • Assist in post-merger integration activities Corporate Strategy• Execute ad hoc projects for senior leadership, both for internal and external purposes• Conduct analysis of group businesses, including financial performance relative to competitors and market share across industry sector and region• Build location strategy and related research documents• Competitor and industry tracking (Secondary research and analysis)• Regular management reporting• Interact with individuals in various parts of the group, including the Executive Office, Investor Relations, Finance, etc. Qualifications • CA / CFA / MBA• At least 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate strategy or M&A advisory • Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm or reputed Investment bank or Corporate Strategy / Development team will be preferred• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills• Proficiency in conducting due diligence and financial research• Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies• Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial statements• Analytical mindset including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making• Ability to work on flexible schedules to cover different time zones• Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize as necessary• Proficiency in MS Office suite, financial modeling and domain-specific AI tools• Problem-solving abilities
