Job Description Experience in US Healthcare Clinical Operations 1.Overall Operations Management - inventory, production review with Group Manager 2. Client interaction - work related & relationship to understand issues and opportunities 3. Capacity Management - forecasting / hiring 4. Contract Governance & Client Audits 5. BCP / Risk / Info Sec Management 6. Compliance both Client & WNS 7. leader management - 121, coaching etc 8. People Management & Overall Engagement levels to manage attrition 9. Preparing and Presenting WBR / MBR 10. HR interaction for support needed 11. Driving transformation opportunities in the process and identifying new ones 12. WNS Leadership Interaction & Reviews 13. LOC management - budgets and rewards 14. Employee Engagement budget and spend 15. MAC allocation / Deallocation - managing SU 16. Hiring approvals / cost management in terms of salary etc 17. Increments and Incentive 18. Invoices approval and submission to clients 19. Change requests ( currently not done but should be done) 20. Position the business for growth in new revenue generating capacities 21. Identifies areas of opportunities to reduce overall cost with increasing efficiency across the program.
