Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Senior Group Sales Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This role is responsible for driving group business across corporate, incentive, social, and leisure segments with a focus on the Americas region, while delivering an exceptional standard of service consistent with our brand values. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a proven ability to navigate the high-end travel and events market, offering personalized, seamless experiences to a discerning clientele. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and revenue goals. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including event planners, incentive houses, DMCs, luxury travel advisors, and corporate accounts. Craft bespoke proposals that reflect the unique qualities of the property and conduct tailored site inspections with attention to every detail. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability while upholding the highest standards of guest experience and service delivery. Work closely with operational teams (Events, F&B, Rooms Division, Revenue) to ensure flawless execution of all group bookings. Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and global travel patterns, providing strategic insights to leadership. Consistently update CRM systems with client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales performance metrics. Reporting & Sales Performance Analysis. Uphold and embody the values of the brand, serving as a true ambassador of its heritage, service philosophy, and reputation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in group sales within the luxury hospitality segment (5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or exclusive venues). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding group sales targets in high-touch environments. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the expectations and behaviors of luxury clientele. Proficiency in Delphi sales system, Cvent, Opera Cloud is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
