Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Growth Analyst (all genders), you will be responsible for market sizing, budget forecasts, supply/demand analyses and evaluating our performance against the markets. You’ll apply analytic rigor to transform data into analyses and insights to improve decision making for all marketing channels and countries. Working closely with internal & external partners, you are responsible for ensuring information & key insights are well-sozialised and integrated into marketing planning and decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions/recommendation.
  • You are responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing our marketing activities performances, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
  • You analyse external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe / Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools.
  • You evaluate customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience.
  • You support on analysing A/B and incrementality tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
