Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of consultants on our mobile app growth audits + CRM programs working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily.
  • Develop and refine strategies in collaboration with the Growth Lead.
  • Lead the regular client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Beyond reporting, educate clients on the nuances of strategies, helping them understand the value and impact of the activities.
  • Mentor and guide Marketing Managers, helping them develop expertise.
  • Dive deep into the monthly metrics and set targets, analyze trends, and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Collaborate with creative and analyst teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Scope detailed CRM experiments to validate hypotheses that align closely with user psychology and usage habits for a broad range of mobile apps.
  • Help the team turn experiments into complex lifecycle flows using triggers and segmentations that intelligently send campaigns with both static and dynamic content.
  • Collaborate closely with the client to A/B test new ideas. Measure and analyze the results.
  • Work with the Mobile Growth Stack and other relevant frameworks to help our clients drive impact.
  • Optimize and automate growth processes for our clients and within the Phiture team itself.
  • Stay updated on tools, technologies, and best practices within your channel of expertise.
