We are supporting a fast-growing proprietary trading firm in Dubai in the search for a Senior Growth Hacker with deep experience in the prop trading industry. This is a senior, performance-focused role for someone who understands prop firm dynamics, trader psychology, and high-scale acquisition models. You will own end-to-end growth strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on experimentation, optimisation, and scalable systems to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue. Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Execution Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies tailored to prop trading Continuously test, iterate, and scale acquisition and retention initiatives across regions 2. Prop Trading Market Expertise Deep understanding of prop models including: 1-step, 2-step, and instant funding structures Pricing, payouts, account types, and trading rules (drawdown, consistency, lot limits) Analyse competitors and identify positioning gaps and growth opportunities 3. Funnel Optimisation & Conversion Own and optimise the full funnel: paid traffic → landing → checkout → activation → payout Improve CAC, conversion rates, LTV, retention, and upsell performance Build and test high-performing offers, pricing, and promotional structures 4. Affiliate & Influencer Growth Scale affiliate and IB programs Structure performance-based partnerships (CPA, Rev Share, Hybrid models) 5. Product & Offer Development Collaborate with product/trading teams to improve trader experience and outcomes Support initiatives to increase pass rates, retention, and payout performance Contribute to new product ideas (account types, scaling plans, payout systems) 6. Data & Performance Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, pass rates, and cohort performance Turn insights into structured, scalable growth experiments 7. Systems & Automation Design scalable growth systems across CRM, email/SMS, and retargeting Automate key marketing workflows to ensure predictable, repeatable growth Requirements Must-Have Experience Prior experience working in a proprietary trading firm (mandatory) Strong understanding of: 1-step vs 2-step vs instant funding models Trader psychology (why traders pass, fail, and churn) High-performance acquisition funnels in prop environments
