About the Role You will run campaigns, tracking, and execution across multiple clients. You will work with ads, SEO, tracking, and AI tools daily. You are not only managing. You are building, testing, and improving campaigns yourself. This role sits between strategy and execution. You understand performance, but you also get things done. You will work with HubSpot, analytics, advertising platforms, and AI tools to improve results fast. What Makes This Role Different • You use AI tools daily for execution, not just support • You work across ads, tracking, SEO, and CRM • You control campaigns end-to-end, from setup to optimization • You work independently without waiting for instructions • You improve how marketing is done, not just follow tasks You are expected to move fast and figure things out. What You Will Do • Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Build and improve tracking using GA4, GTM, and dashboards • Work on SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility in search and AI platforms • Use AI tools to create ad creatives, content, and assets • Support HubSpot campaigns, automations, and reporting • Analyze performance and improve campaigns continuously • Work with account managers to align execution with client goals • Test new tools, strategies, and approaches regularly Who This Role Is For • You have strong experience in digital marketing and performance • You understand tracking, data, and attribution • You are comfortable using AI tools for execution and content creation • You can run campaigns without step-by-step instructions • You are curious and constantly test new approaches • You want to grow your skillset fast in AI and modern marketing You are not only a planner.
